Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Campus Solutions 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x, with strong functional expertise across core modules including Campus Community, Student Financials, Student Records, Recruiting and Admissions, and Student Self-Service. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client requirements, delivering solutions, and supporting system upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze, design, and implement functional solutions in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2.
  • Lead or support configuration and functional setup for :

a. Campus Student Student Recruiting and Student Self-Service

  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and design specifications.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation, test planning, and execution.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Campus Solutions modules.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and bundle applications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and data flow across modules.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, Oracle releases, and higher education trends.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of functional experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x.
  • Proven experience in at least three or more of the following modules :

    • a. Campus Community

    b. Student Financials

    c. Student Records

    d. Recruiting and Admissions

    e. Student Self-Service

  • Ability to document business requirements and system configurations clearly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
