Job descriptionTranslate business requirements into system configurations and design specifications. Conduct fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation, test planning, and execution. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Campus Solutions modules. Assist with system upgrades, patches, and bundle applications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and data flow across modules. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, Oracle releases, and higher education trends. 10+ years of functional experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x. Proven experience in at least three or more of the following modules : Ability to document business requirements and system configurations clearly. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Campus Solutions 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x, with strong functional expertise across core modules including Campus Community, Student Financials, Student Records, Recruiting and Admissions, and Student Self-Service. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client requirements, delivering solutions, and supporting system upgrades and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, design, and implement functional solutions in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2.
- Lead or support configuration and functional setup for :
a. Campus Student Student Recruiting and Student Self-Service
