Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Workday Functional Consultant to join our People Technology team. This role is both hands-on and strategic : you will serve as a Workday subject matter expert across Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and HCM, while also leading the implementation of AI-enabled applications for the People Team and AI-driven features within Workday.

The successful candidate will combine deep Workday expertise with a curious, forward-looking mindset, eager to explore and deploy emerging technologies to transform how People programs are delivered. You will be a trusted advisor, helping shape how Workday and AI capabilities drive efficiency, insights, and innovation at scale.

To support our global teams effectively, this role will require you to align your working hours closely with US working hours, especially during training. The working hour expectations are as follows :

• Monday - Thursday : 3 : 30pm-12 : 30am IST
• Friday : more flexible working hours 10am-7pm IST
