Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PeopleSoft Analyst with strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to join our enterprise applications team. The ideal candidate will support the optimization, integration, and maintenance of PeopleSoft systems while helping bridge and align HR technologies with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Responsibilities :
Analyze, configure, and support PeopleSoft applications, including HR, Payroll, or Financial modules.
Work closely with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure integration and data flow between PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors.
Assist in data migration, mapping, and transformation activities between platforms.
Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors modules.
Collaborate with vendors, developers, and functional teams on issue resolution and system upgrades.
Develop documentation, technical specifications, and functional workflows.
Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training for new features and updates.
Participate in change management and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Monitor system performance, resolve production issues, and ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
(at least one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Performance & Goals).
Strong knowledge of system integrations (APIs, middleware, data interfaces).
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., PeopleSoft Query, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar).
