Job Summary : As Axtria continues to scale rapidly across geographies, we are looking for a People Analytics Partner who will play a pivotal role in building and executing our global people analytics strategy. This role is responsible for creating data-driven insights that enable smarter workforce decisions, improve employee experience, and strengthen Axtria's talent strategy.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on all things people analytics—workforce reporting, predictive modelling, dashboarding, and insights storytelling—and will bring a strong analytics orientation to help leadership make evidence-based talent decisions. From creating integrated dashboards and running workforce trend analyses to supporting leadership reviews with actionable insights, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role that partners across HR, Finance, and business leadership.

This position requires not only technical analytics expertise but also strategic agility, stakeholder influencing skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, business-focused, and passionate about using data as a lever to drive performance, culture, and organizational health.

Job Responsibilities :

Design & Strategy

  • Build and evolve the people analytics roadmap to enable workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Translate business and HR priorities into measurable KPIs and analytics solutions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in workforce analytics, AI-enabled HR tools, and data governance.

Analytics & Insights

  • Collect, integrate, and analyze workforce data from HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors), and enterprise systems.
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and predictive models using tools like Excel, Power BI, Python, or Tableau.
  • Run studies on attrition, productivity, performance, and engagement to inform leadership decisions.
  • Deliver insights in a clear and compelling way, bridging data with actionable recommendations.
  • Operations & Governance

  • Establish robust data quality, compliance, and governance processes for people metrics.
  • Standardize reporting cycles for leadership reviews, board reporting, and HR dashboards.
  • Partner with HRBPs, HRIS, and Finance teams to streamline data systems and processes.
  • Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify critical workforce questions and design analytics solutions.
  • Advise leadership on talent strategy with data-driven insights.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and dashboards across HR and business teams through training and change management.
  • Who You Are

  • Analytics Expertise – Skilled in data modeling, workforce analytics, and predictive modelling with a strong command of tools like Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau, Python, or SQL.
  • Storyteller – Ability to convert data into compelling narratives and actionable insights. Advance and strong presentation skills.
  • Strategic Thinker – Can anticipate workforce trends and design scalable solutions.
  • Influencer – Strong communicator who can engage with HR, Finance, and leadership stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday), survey platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Integrity-Driven – Maintains confidentiality, data ethics, and high attention to detail.
  • Job Requirements

  • 4-8+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related HR / Business Analytics field.
  • Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in building dashboards, predictive models, and translating insights into business action.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (workforce planning, performance management, attrition, compensation).
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, global organization preferred.
