Export Executive Chemical Industry

Responsibilities :

• Plan and arrange containers as per factory requirements.
• Prepare all pre-export and post-export documents, including export invoicing, packing lists, bank letters, and lodgments.
• Prepare invoices for clearance from Excise and Customs authorities.
• Liaise with shipping lines for shipment scheduling and Bill of Lading management.
• Prepare final documentation for bank purposes.
• Prepare Certificate of Origin and GSP certificates.
• Maintain MIS reports on clearing and forwarding billings.
• Manage insurance policies and certificates for export shipments.
• Update shipment details to consignees and related agencies.
• Follow up on all required documents for preparation of post-export paperwork.
• Coordinate effectively with the factory and marketing departments.
• Coordinate with clearing and forwarding agents.
• Coordinate with transporters for container movement.
