R&D Executive - Chemical / Emulsion / Lubricants

Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in R&D for chemical products, preferably in emulsions or lubricants. Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry and product development processes. Familiarity with analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, and rheology testing. Proficiency in using software for data analysis and simulation (e.g., MATLAB, ChemCAD). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
We are seeking a motivated R&D Executive specializing in Chemical, Emulsion, and Lubricants to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical product development and a passion for innovation in the field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development of chemical products, specifically emulsions and lubricants.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to drive product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.
- Develop and optimize formulations for various applications and performance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during product development.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
