Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Executive located in Mumbai. The Import Executive will be responsible for managing import logistics, coordinating with suppliers, handling customer service queries, and ensuring compliance with import regulations. Daily tasks include tracking shipments, preparing and reviewing documentation, liaising with customs, and maintaining up-to-date records. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless import operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Import Logistics and Import processes
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Export processes is beneficial
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• A bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
