Key Responsibilities :
- International Sales & Business Development : Identify, engage, and expand business opportunities in global markets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Market Research & Strategy : Analyze international markets, competitor trends, and customer demands to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing : Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and finalization of sales agreements.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to export regulations, trade compliance, and shipping documentation.
- Coordination with Internal Teams : Work closely with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Participation in Trade Shows & Exhibitions : Represent the company in international trade fairs, networking events, and B2B meetings.

Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 5-7 years in international sales, preferably in export / import or merchant trading.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of global trade, export documentation, and international logistics.Education : Preferred minimum Bachelor&aposs degreeCommunication Skills : Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Sales Expertise : Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and client negotiations.Travel : Willingness to travel internationally for business development.What We Offer :
