Job Summary :
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with an MBA and 3-5 years of relevant Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Set and manage sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team.

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth andefficient Leadership & Development :
