Job description

Job Summary :

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a sales environment.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with an MBA and 3-5 years of relevant Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Set and manage sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for

improvement.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and
  • efficient Leadership & Development :

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and
  • performance.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team
  • members grow professionally.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages accountability and a strong work Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex sales & Analysis :
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead of the Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as Master of Business Administration (MBA) is 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
