Job description

Job Title : Renewal Sales Manager Simulation Industry

Key Engage with existing customers via calls and emails to confirm ANSYS product renewals.

  • Visit customer locations to strengthen relationships and ensure a high satisfaction level.
  • Maintain accurate renewal records and track all activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve customer queries and facilitate smooth renewals.
  • Prepare and share quotations, following up to ensure timely renewal closures.
  • Monitor and maximize customer satisfaction scores through excellent service delivery.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue.
  • Report renewal performance metrics and insights to management regularly.

Required Skills & Simulation Software / Engineering Software Sales

  • Graduate in Business, or any discipline with MBA.
  • 3 -5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales (Software / SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of software licensing and subscription models.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho (preferred).
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
