Job Title : Renewal Sales Manager Simulation Industry
Key Engage with existing customers via calls and emails to confirm ANSYS product renewals.
- Visit customer locations to strengthen relationships and ensure a high satisfaction level.
- Maintain accurate renewal records and track all activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve customer queries and facilitate smooth renewals.
- Prepare and share quotations, following up to ensure timely renewal closures.
- Monitor and maximize customer satisfaction scores through excellent service delivery.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Report renewal performance metrics and insights to management regularly.
Required Skills & Simulation Software / Engineering Software Sales
Graduate in Business, or any discipline with MBA.3 -5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales (Software / SaaS preferred).Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is a plus).Basic understanding of software licensing and subscription models.Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho (preferred).Highly organized, target-oriented, and customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
