Things to remember while entering the campus :

Documents and things to Carry :

Carry a printout your updated resume. Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card / Driving License / Voters ID card / Passport). All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree) Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear / headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations.

Note :

The drive is specifically for HRD Talent Acquisition : Technical-Bulk hiring experience. Candidates must have all full-time education marksheets and experience letters.

Primary Skills

Must have Minimum & Maximum exp range 3+ Years in respective area / domain of recruitment- Technology / Digital / Freshers / S&F / Insurance etc.

Must be having corporate experience and experience into hiring (end to end recruitment) Bulk numbers.

Experience in Walk in Drive management.

Must have exp in using different Platforms for sourcing. Must know beyond job posting and mailer deployment.

Must have experience of hiring FTE / FTR talents.

Must have knowledge of Features of virtual hiring drive management tool such as virtual lobby, interview rooms on the virtual hiring drive management tool.

Must be able to articulate on the ATS used.

Excellent communication.

Clearing Assessment mandatory.

Soft Skill Requirement :

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a team with deadlines and contribute individually
• Excellent MS Office skills
