About the Role

We’re seeking a sharp, strategic Leadership Recruiter to drive senior-level hiring across India. This role demands strong market insight, stakeholder influence, and full ownership of the leadership hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to post-offer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sr manager / Director-level and above roles
• Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines
• Influence senior stakeholders and hiring decisions
• Translate business needs into compelling job narratives
• Deliver high-touch candidate experiences
• Collaborate with global and regional recruiting teams
