Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for various roles in the construction sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performing team by identifying and attracting skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment Strategy :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
2. Talent Sourcing :
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and direct sourcing.Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future openings.3. Candidate Screening and Selection :
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person interviews.Evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the company.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.4. End-to-End Recruitment :
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance.Handle pre-employment processes such as background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.5. Client and Candidate Management :
Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication.6. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting :
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.Use data to continuously improve the recruitment process and outcomes.7. Compliance and Best Practices :
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.8. Onboarding and Integration :
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Provide support and guidance to new employees during their initial period.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience : Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the construction industry.Skills :
Proven ability to source, screen, and select candidates effectively.Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific hiring requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Proficient in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter).Personal Attributes :
