We're looking for a self-starter who can deliver top-tier candidates within tight timelines while building lasting relationships.Essential Job FunctionsFull-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical positions with proven ability to close US positionsWork hybrid schedule from our Bangalore office while maintaining 8 : 00 AM EST to 5 : 00 PM EST working hoursPresent qualified candidates within 4 days of requisition open dateReport directly to executive leadership on a weekly basis with detailed recruitment updatesExecute advanced passive candidate searches and Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn RecruiterManage LinkedIn InMail campaigns and job postings on LinkedInUtilize internal ATS for candidate management and workflowSchedule and coordinate internal interviews with exceptional attention to calendaring detailsConduct Teams video recruiter screens (video required) with professional presentationBuild and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships to keep talent engaged throughout the interview and hiring processFind and deliver talent within budget constraints while meeting all hiring SLAsWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders and hiring managers on recruitment strategyMaintain rigorous attention to detail in all candidate processes and documentationWork Environment FitComfortable working in a small, collaborative US based team with growth opportunitiesQuality over quantity mindsetTeam player who can thrive in our fast-paced, employee-centric, award-winning cultureQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with verifiable US position closuresBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fieldInternational recruitment backgroundExpert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter including advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn platform expertiseProven track record of successful LinkedIn InMail campaigns and job posting optimizationExperience with applicant tracking systems and organization toolsExperience utilizing and optimizing AI within your recruiting processAdvanced passive candidate sourcing techniques beyond basic job board postingStrong scheduling and calendaring management for complex interview coordinationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive, competitive self-starter mentality with high sense of urgencyAdaptability and reliability - critical in our fast-paced environmentCritical thinking skills - ability to ask intelligent questions and think outside the boxProcess adherence while maintaining flexibility and creativity in sourcing approaches
