Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires deep expertise in hiring for Data Analytics and Cybersecurity domains, with a strong understanding of technical skill sets, market trends, and sourcing strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint among established GCCs and positioning Embark as a trusted partner for capability buildout and optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles in Data Analytics (e.g., Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Analysts) and Cybersecurity (e.g., SOC Analysts, IAM Engineers, Security Architects).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and niche platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment dashboards; generate hiring reports and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Required Qualifications :
4–8 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on Data Analytics and Cybersecurity roles.Deep understanding of Data Analytics tools & technologies : Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Spark, Hadoop, AWS / GCP data services.Deep understanding of Cybersecurity domains : SOC, SIEM, IAM, threat intelligence, cloud security, vulnerability management.Strong sourcing skills using advanced Boolean search, X-ray search, and social recruiting.Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment CRMs.Ability to assess technical resumes and conduct initial technical screenings.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Key Competencies
