We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and support the growth of our India Operations.

Based in Bangalore, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global hiring practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  Responsibilities : Maintaining job board postings, screening applicants and hiring potential candidates Advertising & Branding of our vacancies in internal and  external job boards Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms and parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements, performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and scheduling further technical interviews Participating in Career fairs and Campus recruitment Developing  & Strengthening relationships with local colleges and good universities for recruitment of Interns and new graduates Assisting in full-cycle Internship recruitment – post positions, interview, schedule interviews for hiring managers and extend offer Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements Updating applicant database, recruitment trackers and generate reports Delivering New Hire Orientation as required Assisting in company events and Other duties as required Provide administrative support to members of the HR department as needed Qualifications : College graduation in Human Resources Excellent verbal and written communication Experience presenting in-front of a large audience Time management and organizational skills are essential Strong computer skills necessary, experienced in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook 3-4 years’ experience with hiring for IT roles Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g.

social media recruiting and Boolean search) Positive attitude, team player and able to work in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to travel locally   Experience : 3 to 5 years Office Timings : 1pm to 9pm IST Work schedule : 5 days a week in the office Location : Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, India.
