Job descriptionProactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs, with a focus on niche and critical roles. Use talent mapping and market insights to identify high-potential candidates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills Strong listening and communication skills The capacity to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter in Saas or similar role Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
