About the role :
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Program Manager to support strategic initiatives through high-impact presentation development, executive-level reporting, and coordination across multiple business units. This individual will play a key role in enabling visibility, alignment, and execution support for the CEO Office and senior leadership.
This role will receive hands-on mentorship and offers opportunities to take on increasing scope based on demonstrated performance and ownership.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and format executive-level PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, board sessions, and internal reviews with strong structure, messaging, and visual polish.
- Work closely with and be mentored by CEO’s team to gain proficiency in presentation content development and storytelling.
- Track and compile customer engagement activity across all businesses to provide a consolidated view for senior leadership and the CEO Office.
- Coordinate and compile weekly reports from cross-functional stakeholders into a single, polished report that meets time and quality expectations for CEO-level distribution.
- Support cross-functional program tracking and executive coordination activities.
- Take on additional responsibilities and expand scope in alignment with proven capability and initiative.
Essential Attributes :
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.High attention to detail and quality standards in both content and formatting.\Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and structure information for executive audiences.Organized, self-motivated, and dependable in managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables.Comfortable collaborating across teams and handling sensitive or high-visibility workstreams.Qualifications :
MBA preferred, ideally with an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.2–4 years of professional experience in program coordination, strategy support, consulting, or similar roles.Experience working on executive-facing materials or reporting is highly desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
