Role Overview :
The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in building and managing a centralized, OKR-driven program management function that focuses on the implementation of our products across large-scale enterprises. This role requires driving end-to-end client delivery - from requirements gathering to deployment - while ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, and Sales.
You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring client success, program visibility, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution : Steer Product, Engineering, Data / Analytics, and Client Delivery teams toward timely, high-quality outcomes.
- End-to-End Ownership : Manage the complete project lifecycle - requirement gathering, task planning, milestone definition, dependency management, capacity planning, and timeline preparation.
- Client Success Champion : Serve as the primary program owner for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth implementations and long-term success.
- Visibility & Accountability : Establish clear roles & responsibilities, identify risks and bottlenecks early, and enhance cross-team communication to resolve blockers proactively.
- Sales & Client Alignment : Partner with Sales teams and client stakeholders to provide program updates, align expectations, and drive transparent communication.
- Process & Tools : Champion the use of modern project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent) to improve transparency, reporting, and planning efficiency.
- Outcome Orientation : Ensure every initiative is tied to company OKRs, with a focus on business outcomes, not just That We Look For :
- 8+ years of program / project management experience in software / analytics product organizations / consultancy companies, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to manage projects from POC to go LIVE
- Experience with client-facing or partner-facing project delivery and managing external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project / program management methodologies (Agile / Scrum, hybrid
models, PMO practices).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Hands-on expertise with project management tools (Jira planning, MS Projects, Smartsheet, or equivalent).Understanding of lending and banking business with prior relevant experience.Project management experience in large-scale IT transformation programs.(ref : hirist.tech)
