Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and driven Sales Head to lead and scale all sales operations at Melhor Group. You will play a critical role in driving revenue, managing the internal sales team, liaising with third-party vendors and channel partners, and owning the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute monthly / quarterly sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Achieve sales targets through direct and channel-based selling.
- Monitor and optimize sales KPIs and pipeline efficiency.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and mentor the internal sales team.Ensure team productivity, CRM hygiene, and client follow-ups are on track.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.Channel & Vendor Management
Onboard, engage, and manage external channel partners and brokers.Coordinate with third-party marketing and lead generation vendors.Maximize deal closures and relationship longevity with sales facilitators.Revenue Ownership
Own and track revenue from both direct sales and facilitated deals.Earn commission on each sale where your involvement or network plays a role.Identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities.Reporting & Coordination
Report weekly sales performance, forecast trends, and flag bottlenecks.Liaise with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth handoffs and lead flow.Collaborate with founders on growth and expansion plans.Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in leading high-performance sales teamsStrong real estate, B2B, or luxury product sales experience preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAbility to build systems, mentor junior team members, and scale fastFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales automation workflowsComfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led setupWhat You Get
