Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, improving customer satisfaction, and driving the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities of Sales Head
1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Conduct regular team meetings and ensure lead allocation.
2. Target Planning & Achievement
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Collect and review sales staff reports.
Monitor team performance and share updates with management.
4. Quality Control & Client Communication
Ensure professional communication with clients / leads.
Conduct training / feedback sessions for quality improvement.
5. CRM & Data Management
Maintain accuracy and quality of CRM data.
Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions.
6. Sales Strategy & Incentives
Design sales strategies and promotional plans.
Create and implement incentive programs.
7. Collaboration & Business Development
Work with marketing / operations teams to align goals.
Provide insights on market trends and new opportunities.
Qualifications
Min experience of 5-7 years in Sales & Marketing
Expertise in Sales, Sales Management
Proficiency in Account Management
Strong Analytical Skills
Experience in Team Management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Pune
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
