Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled real estate professional to lead sales for our premium residential Projects. The Head of Sales will manage every aspect of high-value transactions, provide expert guidance to both buyers and sellers, and drive revenue growth through client servicing, market expertise, and strategic networking.
Key Responsibilities
Client Representation : Present specialized luxury projects to HNI and UHNI clients, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met.
Networking : Build and leverage strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners, introducing creative and strategic ideas to expand outreach.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to maximize conversions and achieve targets.
Market Expertise : Maintain a deep understanding of the Bengaluru luxury real estate market and customer dynamics.
Qualifications
Proven ability to manage and close high-value residential sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Capability to network effectively with HNI / UHNI clients and industry professionals.
