Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business Leader
to drive our India operations. The role involves
end-to-end sales ownership , customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in targeted categories and territories. This position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution ability.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the
entire sales lifecycle : lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, closure, and customer relationship management.
Develop new business opportunities and
retain existing customers
across defined categories and territories.
Plan, co-create, and implement the
Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy ; regularly review and update execution plans.
Set
measurable sales targets , build action plans, and drive proactive execution.
Identify customer
pain points
and position company solutions with a
win-win approach .
Act as the
primary communication point
between the Co-Founder and internal / external stakeholders.
Maintain detailed documentation, pipeline tracking, and reporting in
CRM systems .
Develop
SOPs
in collaboration with Regional Office and ensure compliance with systems and processes.
Execute cold calls, qualify leads, and build relationships with
decision-makers and influencers .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
samples, dispatches, and order execution .
Maintain accurate
sales records, email communications, and digital files .
Be open to
extensive travel within India
for customer meetings and trade shows.
