Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager who will be the face of Hustlehub for our clients. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, handling client queries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction across our office spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Be the single point of contact for client onboarding, operational concerns, and feedback.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, facility, finance) to deliver seamless experiences.
- Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently, aiming to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Track client renewals and proactively engage clients to support retention and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain updated records of interactions and client requirements using CRM tools.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Gather testimonials and referrals to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience (2–5 years) in client servicing, relationship management, or customer success roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first attitude.Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.Prior experience in co-working, real estate, or hospitality industries is a strong plus.919398990602
