Just started in HR and want a real leg up This role puts you in the driver's seat as the day-to-day social voice for one of the top-3 job marketplaces in the United States .
In this role, you'll combine your background in recruitment and marketing to tell authentic brand stories, promote hiring initiatives, and strengthen client presence across various social media platforms.
You'll act as the bridge between HR insights and brand storytelling, translating workforce trends and employer value into engaging digital content that drives awareness and trust.
You'll make posting decisions on behalf of the brand across major social platforms—experience that will stand out on any HR resume.
What You'll Do
Employer Branding & Social Strategy
- Own and execute a channel-specific content strategy for a leading U.S. jobs marketplace.
- Create posts, campaigns, and visuals that spotlight hiring innovation, employer value, and real workplace stories.
- Use HR / recruiting insights to ensure messaging resonates with both job seekers and employers.
- Partner with internal HR, design, and marketing to maintain a consistent, credible brand voice.
- Identify thought-leadership angles on hiring trends, job markets, and workplace insights.
- Act as the brand's decision-maker every time you post , following clear guidelines and governance.
Content Creation & Campaign Management
Build and manage monthly content calendars for HR and employer-brand narratives.Write and edit recruitment blogs, short-form posts, and platform-native copy.Collaborate with creative teams to ship polished, data-backed campaigns.Track and report performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversions) with actionable next steps.Stay current on HR tech and job-market trends to produce timely, meaningful content.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with client stakeholders, creative, and marketing for alignment and approvals.Coordinate timelines, feedback, and asset delivery across teams and agencies.Uphold ethical standards and platform policies in all brand communications.What Makes This Role Special

1–3 years in HR, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or social media (agency or in-house).(If you're early in your HR career but have strong social / content chops, we want to hear from you.)Prior hands-on exposure to recruiting or talent acquisition is a MUST.Strong grasp of social strategy, employer-brand storytelling, and community building.Excellent writing and editing with a sharp sense for tone and voice.Comfortable with LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and analytics / reporting tools.Organized, collaborative, and confident in making brand-safe publishing decisions.KPIs You'll Own
