Skills and Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a large organization.Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations in India.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in performance management and employee engagement strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Skills Required
