- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work with department leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Manage Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.
- Track Hiring Metrics : Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Promote Employer Branding : Strengthen the company's image to attract high-quality talent.
Preferred candidate profile :
Proven Experience : Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role and Team Handling.Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication.Interviewing Expertise : Skilled in conducting and evaluating interviews.Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once.Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong skills in overcoming recruitment challenges.Skills Required
