About the Role

We are hiring an HR Representative in India to manage global onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new and departing employees. This role will collaborate closely with the entire HR team while also serving as a trusted point of contact for employees in the India office. We&aposre looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong project management ability, a data-driven and detail-oriented mindset, and the creativity to improve how we work.

Prior experience is not required — what matters is the ability to bring fresh ideas, manage HR documentation accurately, and create a positive employee experience. Over time, this role offers the opportunity to grow into broader HR operations and people initiatives, contributing to global projects and driving cultural impact across the company.

Reports to : Hardware and People Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Senior HR Generalist in U.S

Location : Bangalore, India

Location Type : Office 2-3 days a week
