About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in driving end-to-end recruitment processes in a Global Capability Center (GCC) / Shared Services environment . The role involves partnering with stakeholders, leveraging recruitment technology, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while hiring for mid to senior-level roles across engineering and support functions .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
- Manage and optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools (e.g., Workday Rec, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for reporting and insights.
- Drive employer branding initiatives , campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines.
- Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools (e.g., HackerEarth, iMocha, Mettl, HackerRank) to support fair and effective selection.
- Implement and enhance recruitment automation / AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency.
- Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC / shared services setup.Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools .Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms .Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs .Familiarity with recruitment automation / AI-enabled tools is a plus.Preferred Certifications
