We at eSoft are looking for Oracle HCM professionals for Bangalore Location.
Mode of Hire : On rolls of eSoftlabs
Requirement 1 : Oracle HCM - Global Payroll
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM with atleast 3 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development
- Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large scale implementations with a focus on configurations
- At least 3 years- experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for global HR / Payroll - at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on)
- Knowledge of UK legislation and Payroll will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on Creating Payroll Elements, Eligibility Profiles
- Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loader
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines
Requirement 2 : Oracle HCM - Global HR

Oracle fusion HCM Functional consultant with strong experience in Absence ManagementMust have done at least 1 Cloud implementation of Absence Management.Configure Absence Plan, Absence Type, Absence Reasons and Absence Certification.Knowledge on Creating Payroll Elements, Eligiblity ProfilesShould have a good knowledge in Fast Formula, Flex fields, PersonalizationKnowledge of HCM extracts, mass data updates / uploads using HDL or PBL, BIP extractsGood Knowledge on Statutory Absence setup and process for UK Legislation.Identify business requirements and prepare the implementation framework with a focus on Cloud DeploymentIdentify functionality gaps and develop solutions to themOwn the functional solution and implement the frameworkConfigure the applications as per business requirementProvide functional guidance to technical teamAnalyze and resolve technical queries during project executionGood functional (process) knowledge in the area(s) of workProven End to End Implementation Experience and Post Implementation ExperienceExperience of working in Agile methodologies(ref : hirist.tech)
