Role Summary
The Senior PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring effective governance, monitoring, and execution of projects and programs aligned with MAFTech's strategy. This role involves advanced project analysis, reporting, and adherence to PMO methodologies and standards. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to guide project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts.
ROLE PROFILE
- Manage the project portfolio to align with business goals and maximize value realization.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and governance adherence, identifying risks and trends.
- Define and implement portfolio management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to visualize project and portfolio performance.
- Support resource allocation and utilization, flagging conflicts or capacity issues.
- Facilitate demand requests, oversee assessments, and ensure mandatory artifacts are provided.
- Organize PMO meetings, such as Demand Review Board and Demand Prioritization sessions.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance PMO capabilities and support strategic planning efforts.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles.2 years in a senior analyst position managing complex projects or portfolios.Expertise in resource management, budgeting, forecasting, risk management.Creating executive-level reports and presentations.What We Offer
