Hiring for US Banking Voice Process Executive
Location : Malad, Mumbai
Shift : 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs / Night Shift
Job Overview :
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Banking Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their banking queries, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer queries and complaints via voice calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and policies.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and service quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets and service-level agreements.
Requirements :
Education : HSC or Graduate.
Experience : Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice process (banking experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Good listening skills, problem-solving ability , and patience.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Salary : Up to 28,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
