Key Responsibilities

As a Telecaller Sales Executive , you will be responsible for :

  • Making  outbound sales calls  to promote :
  • Algo Trading products
  • Demat account opening services
  • Life, Medical, and General Insurance products
  • Contacting potential clients, explaining benefits, and handling their queries.
  • Following up with leads to  convert prospects into customers .
  • Achieving  daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
  • Maintaining accurate client details and interaction history in the  CRM system .
  • Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage  repeat business and referrals .
  • Working closely with the sales team to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have :

  • Minimum  1 year of successful telesales /  sales experience , preferably in  financial services or insurance  (banking, trading, insurance, NBFCs, etc.).
  • Strong sales ability in promoting  insurance products  (Life, Medical, General) or financial products.
  • Proficiency in  English (spoken & written)  with clear communication skills.
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-driven attitude and  self-motivation to achieve sales goals .
  • Ability to  work independently as well as in a team .
