Hiring for Broadband – Voice Support

Process : International – Broadband / Technical Support (Voice & Chat)

Location : [Malad ]

Salary : ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home) + Performance Incentives

Job Role :

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via voice and chat .
  • Assist customers with broadband, connectivity & account-related issues .
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell relevant services & features when required.
  • Maintain customer records & follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Education : HSC / Graduate
  • Experience : Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts & week offs
  • Immediate joiners preferre
