We strive to equip every individual with the tools and support needed for success in their careers and organizational endeavors.Job Title -  Garage Lab ManagerPreferred years of experience-  7 to 10 yearsJob Location -  BangaloreJob Level – 9, ( Total Exp -12+  )Requirement is for WFH or WFO?  – WFO full time from client locationShift Timings? –  9AM to 6PMPlease find below the key mandatory skills for the Bangalore Garage Lab Manager role : Makerspace /  Lab Operations Management  – experience running innovation labs, workshops, or maker environments.Hands-on Technical Expertise  – proficiency with 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC, electronics prototyping, and related tools.Innovation Program Facilitation  – ability to coach and support employees on creative problem solving, prototyping, and rapid iteration.Stakeholder Management  – strong client-facing skills, capable of engaging with senior Microsoft stakeholders and diverse employee groups.Safety & Compliance Knowledge  – understanding of equipment safety, compliance standards, and operational protocols for lab environments.Project & Event Coordination  – organizing hackathons, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.Collaboration & Leadership  – proven ability to work cross-functionally, lead small teams, and foster a culture of experimentation.
