Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in automation, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to strengthen our market presence. This is a senior role requiring technical expertise in automation solutions and proven experience in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for automation products.
• Build and manage key relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users across industries (automotive, electronics, packaging, and general manufacturing).
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the automation space.
• Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with global principals and internal teams for solution delivery and after-sales support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth.
