About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead sales of 3-Wheeler Commercial & Passenger Vehicles. The role involves achieving sales targets, driving dealer performance, and expanding market share through retail, fleet, and institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales & revenue targets for 3-wheeler commercial (cargo) and passenger vehicles.
Drive dealer / channel performance and ensure business growth.
Build strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics firms, and finance partners.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, roadshows, and promotions.
Lead and motivate a sales team to deliver high performance.
Monitor competition and provide market insights to management.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA with 5–8 years of automobile sales experience (3-wheeler / LCV preferred).
Proven track record in commercial & passenger vehicle sales.
Strong dealer / channel management and fleet sales experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel within the territory.
