Job Description : B2B Sales Professional – Learning & Development (L&D) Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Professional with prior experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) space. The candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise sales by partnering with HR, L&D leaders, and business heads to deliver solutions that enable workforce transformation, capability building, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify and build relationships with CHROs, CLOs, Talent Heads, and L&D leaders.

Drive consultative sales of L&D solutions such as leadership programs, coaching, digital learning platforms, and organizational capability initiatives.

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Client Engagement & Partnerships

Act as a trusted advisor to HR & L&D stakeholders, understanding their workforce development needs.

Present tailored solutions that align with organizational transformation goals.

Build long-term partnerships ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Revenue & Growth

Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets.

Develop account plans and growth strategies for key enterprise clients.

Contribute to market expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.

Collaboration & Insights

Work closely with product, program design, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.

Provide market intelligence and insights to shape product offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Key Requirements

Experience : 5–10 years in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years in the L&D / Corporate HR / Leadership Development space.

Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of corporate HR practices, capability building, leadership pipelines, and digital learning trends.

Sales Skills : Proven track record in consultative selling, enterprise account management, and solution-based sales.

Stakeholder Management : Experience engaging with senior HR stakeholders (CHROs, L&D Heads, Business Leaders).

Education : MBA / PGDM in Sales, HR, or related fields preferred.

Key Competencies

Strong business acumen with an ability to link L&D solutions to organizational outcomes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Relationship-building with senior decision-makers.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
