Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 / L3 application support for .NET applications, including .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Support and monitor .NET services hosted on IaaS Windows Servers and PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
• Manage and support applications on GCP Cloud (mandatory).
• Act as Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – handle change deployments, production triaging, incident management, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Perform Windows server administration and develop / support automation using PowerShell scripts.
• Create, configure, and monitor Control-M jobs.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and ITRS for proactive production health checks.
• Work with CI / CD tools (Harness, GitHub) for deployments and release automation.
• Support messaging systems like IBM MQ and Kafka for service communication.
• Drive operational efficiency by automating recurring manual tasks using Python or PowerShell.
