Java Developer - Production Support

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with Production Support experience to join our dynamic technology team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing robust backend solutions using Java and ensuring the stability and performance of applications in production environments. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding ability, and a proactive approach to monitoring, debugging, and resolving production issues.

(Mainly a developer who is interested in doing Application Support. prefers Application Support Folks who can roll up their sleeves and fix the code instead of pushing it to the Software Engineers)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Key tasks include :

• Analysing and resolving application issues
• Debugging code and identifying root causes
• Communicating with users, developers, and stakeholders
• Improving application stability and performance
• Automating processes using Engineering tools
• Participating in change management
• Creating runbooks and user documentation
• Managing support tickets

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
