Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide L2 / L3 application support for .NET applications, including .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Support and monitor .NET services hosted on IaaS Windows Servers and PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) .
  • Manage and support applications on GCP Cloud (mandatory) .
  • Act as Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – handle change deployments, production triaging, incident management, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Perform Windows server administration and develop / support automation using PowerShell scripts .
  • Create, configure, and monitor Control-M jobs .
  • Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and ITRS for proactive production health checks.
  • Work with CI / CD tools (Harness, GitHub) for deployments and release automation.
  • Support messaging systems like IBM MQ and Kafka for service communication.
  • Drive operational efficiency by automating recurring manual tasks using Python or PowerShell .

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of production support experience with strong exposure to SRE practices.
  • Hands-on experience in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and supporting applications in Windows-based environments.
  • Strong expertise in GCP Cloud services (mandatory).
  • 3+ years of Windows Server Administration & scripting (PowerShell).
  • 2+ years of Control-M jobs creation & monitoring.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools : Splunk, Grafana, ITRS.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD tools : Harness, GitHub.
  • Exposure to messaging systems such as IBM MQ and Kafka.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to automate operational tasks using Python or PowerShell scripting .
