Conduct solution selling to residential and commercial projects through influencers such as architects, consultants, and interior designers.
Understand customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals accordingly.
Map projects and facilitate order closure.
Coordinate with internal and external technical and installation teams to ensure successful project completion.
Manage the database of architects and interior designers to execute influencer engagement programs effectively.
Gather extensive market information on technology, trends, and available solutions.
Conduct market mapping and analyze market information to identify growth possibilities and opportunities.
Forecast sales for the year or specific periods based on the potential of the area and channel partners.
Utilize technological tools effectively.
Develop and maintain a strong network with builders, architects, security consultants, electrical consultants, project management consultants, etc.
Possess a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
Make presentations, generate interest, and convince architects, interior designers, consultants, purchase teams, government agencies, developers, etc., about automation solutions.
Continuously work on increasing and improving the sales funnel.
