We offer hands-on learning in more than 100 skills, including AI, robotics, coding, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. OLL also runs a national TV show, Skill Tank, where students present their business ideas. We are spearheading a skills revolution with our Skill Bharat Association of school principals and the annual Skill Bharat Samman award show.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will handle day-to-day tasks including managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth by building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client management
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in business development and customer relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
• Williing to travel in and around Mumbai for school visits
