Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve all customer queries promptly via the centralized system, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Ensure closure of customer tasks within defined TATs and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Provide proactive communication to customers on project milestones, documentation, and process updates.
Maintain accurate customer data and update the Gera World App with relevant information and documents.
Drive customer engagement through NPS surveys and timely follow-up to improve satisfaction levels.
Identify potential referral customers and update the referral tracker for the Sales team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
We welcome applications from freshers who are quick learners as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer-centric mindset with an emphasis on empathy and responsiveness.
Familiarity with real estate project processes is an advantage.
