[Urgent] Relationship Manager

This is regarding an upcoming launch of our dedicated HNI(high net worth individual) desk, designed to cater to our new base of affluent cardholders. In line with this initiative, we are looking to on-board professionals who meet the following criteria :

1. Prior experience in managing high net-worth clients, preferably in banking, wealth management, or premium customer service roles, Hospitality, Aviation, Concierge services etc.

2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Well-presented and professional demean our, as the role may involve in-person client interactions.

4.Excellent communication without MTI

Operating window of the desk will be 24

It will be an HRO model.
