Responsibilities
Talk to Clients : Meet with potential clients to understand their problems and needs.
Know Our Products : Learn about our technical products and services to explain how
they can solve clients' issues.
Create Solutions and Present Ideas : Work with the sales team to develop custom
solutions tailored to each client's needs, and explain these solutions to clients to
demonstrate their benefits.
Feedback Sharing : Share client feedback with our product team to help improve our
products.
Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
RFP / RFI Response : Respond to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information.
Client Onboarding : Assist clients with the initial setup and integration of our solutions.
Identify Use Cases : Identify relevant use cases for potential brands / customers that can
be served by using VivaConnect's offerings.
Sales Support : Provide insights and training to support the sales team.
PoC Coordination : Coordinate Proof of Concept activities to demonstrate product value.
Skills Required
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Product Knowledge : Deep understanding of the company's products and services.
PPT Skills : Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
