Job description2–4 years in bid management / presales ops / RFP coordination. Strong documentation and deadline discipline. Ability to read RFPs and spot mandatory clauses. Good written English; comfortable with Google Sheets / Docs. Experience with BFSI / SaaS / compliance products. Basic understanding of DPDP / RBI / IRDAI will help but can be trained.

We build software that makes DPDP, RBI / SEBI / IRDAI outsourcing rules, and global privacy regimes (GDPR, SOC 2, PCI overlays) operational, not ornamental. We sell to banks, NBFCs, insurers, fintechs, and service providers that must prove where data lives, who is using it, and whether vendors are compliant.
Role : Presales Bid Manager
Responsibilities :
- Capture all bids / RFPs / tenders from email / portals and log them the same day.
- Create and maintain a bid tracker (opportunity, client, due date, status, owner, docs sent).
- Fill standard sections (company profile, product overview, compliance, DPDP / RBI lines) from a central library.
- Chase internal teams / founders for technical / commercial inputs and plug them in.
- Ensure all mandatory attachments (certs, GST, PAN, pitch deck, product sheet) are attached before submission.
- Submit on portal / email in the right format and record proof of submission.
- Weekly report : bids received, bids submitted, bids pending with reason.
