Job description

The Impact you will create :

  • Focus centered on emerging markets, specifically India.
  • Lead technical and solution pre-sales activities for large prospective
  • Netcore customers, including :
  • In-depth exploration of current and potential customer tech stacks.
  • Identificati on of business and technical challenges and opportunities.
  • Response to Requests for Proposal / Information (RFP / RFI) as required.
  • Does polished and insightful product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, product development, consulting,
  • growth, onboarding, and customer success teams to address existing gaps, future
  • e e-strategies strategies, and product roadmaps to ensure customer success.
  • Contribut e to and refine the Sales Engineer playbook.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups.

What we look for :

  • Strong sense of ownership, discipline, focus, and commitment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adept objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to create impactful demonstrations that inspire and innovate, with
  • support from the content team and various tools.
  • Minimum of 3 -7 years of sales engineering or pre-sales experience in the
  • MarTech industry.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills (both technical and
  • business).
  • The role is based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to travel to different
  • countries for in-person meetings with large accounts, as required.
  • A passion for learning new tools and staying updated on market trends.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the same or a similar SaaS
  • space.
  • Proven ability to support clients with complex MarTech needs.
  • Capacity to support multiple Sales Leaders located across India.
