Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support for the Coupa Procurement Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, Coupa system administration, and integration monitoring with ERP systems such as NetSuite. The role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, vendor coordination, and ensuring end-to-end operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Coupa users, resolving incidents and service requests.
Administer and maintain Coupa configurations including approval workflows, user roles, and permissions.
Monitor and troubleshoot Coupa–NetSuite integration jobs, ensuring successful data synchronization for POs, invoices, suppliers, and payments.
Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to resolve integration or data flow issues between Coupa and NetSuite.
Manage and support Coupa P2P operations — requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, supplier enablement, and catalogs.
Coordinate with Coupa Support for escalation and resolution of platform issues.
Create and maintain support documentation, process flows, and configuration logs.
Participate in system upgrades, new feature deployment, and regression testing.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process or configuration improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Coupa applications (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, or Sourcing).
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and workflows.
Proven experience in issue resolution, system administration, and configuration management.
Exposure to ERP integrations, preferably Coupa–NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
Experience in supplier enablement, catalog management, and approval hierarchy setup.
Ability to interpret logs and resolve integration or transaction sync errors.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
