Role Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive (Lead Generation) to identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and initial client interactions. This role will play a critical part in filling the sales pipeline and ensuring the sales team has high-quality leads to convert.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients (schools, colleges, builders, housing societies, sports clubs, etc.) to introduce company offerings.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings / demos for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements at a high level and pitch relevant solutions.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead details, and follow-up schedules in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified opportunities.
- Support email / WhatsApp campaigns and follow up with interested prospects.
- Achieve weekly / monthly targets for calls, leads, and qualified opportunities.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points to management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.0–3 years of experience in tele-calling / inside sales / lead generation (construction, real estate, edutech, or building materials industry preferred).Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and customer interactions.Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and present it confidently.Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in sales career.Tamil SpeakingShow more
